1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Qunalinx services, you agree to these Terms. If using on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind it.
2. Description of Services
- Custom AI agent training and configuration
- Integration with third-party tools
- Ongoing agent management and optimization
- Dashboard access for monitoring
3. Your Account
You are responsible for credential confidentiality. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data processed by your AI agent. Upon termination, we export your data and delete all copies within 30 days.
5. Acceptable Use
- No violation of applicable laws
- No infringement of intellectual property
- No malicious code or system interference
- No reverse engineering
- No harassment, fraud, or deception
6. Service Level
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance communicated 48 hours in advance.
7. Payment
Billed monthly or annually. Non-refundable except as required by law. 30 days notice for pricing changes.
8. Intellectual Property
Qunalinx retains rights to platform and technology. You retain ownership of agent outputs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
11. Governing Law
Governed by California law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco.
